Boneless Butter Chicken Marinade

The most loved dish of all. Boneless thigh and breast pieces are used. The tomato based marinade comes with a lot of butter added to it. This comes in 2 boxes. One contains chicken in tandoori marinade and the other contains pre cooked gravy.

Ingredients :

• Boneless Chicken (both breast and thigh)
• Cashews
• Butter
• Onions
• Tomatoes
• Ginger-garlic paste
• Kasturi methi
• Salt
• Curd
• Tandoori masala spices
  
  

Cooking method

• Cook the tandoori masala marinated chicken separately by frying in a pan, in an air fryer, in a tandoor (whatever is feasible)
• In a different pan add some butter and cook the gravy a little
• When the chicken is done, add it into the gravy
• Garnish with some fresh cream and coriander
• Serve hot with any Indian bread or rice
