Chicken Biryani Cut pieces are marinated in authentic biryani masala, caramelised onion, garam masalas and curd.
Ingredients :
- Bone-in chicken
- Caramelised onion
- Whole spice
- Curd
- Biryani spices
Cooking Instructions :
- Cook the marinated chicken separately.

When it is 90% done put it in a biryani bartan, add 75% cooked rice on top of it.
- Add caramelised onion, mint leaves and and saffron milk on top and let it cook on slow flame.
- When it's done, serve hot with raita and enjoy.
