Chicken Hariyali Tikka Marinade

Boneless chicken breast and thigh are marinated in mint, coriander, ginger garlic paste and tandoori masala.
Ingredients :

• Boneless Chicken
• Curd
• Tandoori masala spices
• Salt
• Mustard oil
• Mint
• Coriander
• Green chillies
• Ginger-garlic paste
  
  

Cooking Instructions :

• Air Fryer :  Air fry the chicken at 390°F for 15-20 minutes. For best results, turn the chicken periodically to get an even char. 
  
• Pan Fry : Add some butter in a pan. Put the marinated chicken and let it cook. Keep turning the chicken.
  
• Tandoor : If you have a tandoor (charcoal or electric), put the marinated tikkas in skewers and cook them slowly.
