Mutton Biryani Marinade

Mutton pieces with bone are marinated in authentic biryani masala, caramelised onion, garam masalas and curd.

Ingredients :

• Bone-in mutton
• Caramelised onion
• Whole spice
• Curd
• Biryani spices
  
  

Cooking Instructions :

• Cook the marinated mutton separately. 
• When it is 90% done put it in a biryani bartan, add 75% cooked rice on top of it.
  
• Add caramelised onion, mint leaves and and saffron milk on top and let it cook on slow flame.
• When it's done, serve hot with raita and enjoy.
